"Great job on our 08 Scion xB. Other shop thought rear axle was bent. Merrill simply put on their machine and tweaked front sub frame and drives better than new. Also battery acted up when she went to pick it up and their guys cleaned cables at n/c. Couldn't be HAPPIER"

"I hesitate to say these guys are throwbacks to a time when customer service mattered, and you could trust that you were in good hands for fear of making it sound like they are irrelevant, but it's true. They are priced reasonably, do a fantastic job of explaining things, giving options, and have been honest, knowledgeable and accurate every time I've dealt with them. They are just great people that do great work at a reasonable price. The last time I was there, I had replaced the half shaft in my Subaru myself with a NAPA one, and they mentioned that they had never had good luck with them on Subarus, and only the OEM ones were consistently good. Within 10,000 miles or so, I found out they were right. I wish there was a Merrill Engine and Transmission shop next door! I'd have all my automotive needs in one place."
