"Merrill Axle didn't just do the work I needed for less than the dealership, they actually showed me what was wrong, and were happy to talk me through it. They gave me options about what needed to be fixed, and what could probably wait, and didn't try to press for repairs that weren't essential. They were also very fast, and quick to respond via email or phone. Highly recommended."

"This place is amazing. I had a bit of an emergency with my retro travel trailer on a cross country trip and they literally saved me and made it so I could safely and quickly complete my trip. Not only did they order the rare parts needed last minute and somehow get them delivered the next day, they also squeezed me in to their obviously busy day and replaced the rims and tires on my trailer right there in the back alley. In addition to their unbelievable customer service, speed, and skill, I think what impressed me the most was how willing they were to help me out in a tough spot and treat me with the upmost respect and care. You wouldn't be surprised to see that level of service for a high dollar customer, but I most certainly was not a high dollar customer. The opposite, to be honest. If anyone reading this is on the fence about this place, please take me word for it: there are genuinely good and talented people working here; worth every penny."
